Billing
Dr Franks has chosen to have a direct financial relationship with patients excluding the obstacle of health insurance. Any payment for services will be due at the appointment, a copy of your superbill will be provided. She is considered an out of network provider and has opted out of accepting Medicare. Labs, radiology and prescriptions will be billed directly to your insurance company.
No Show or Late Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment with Dr Franks she sets aside enough time to provide you with high quality care. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please contact her office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. Established patients who fail to show or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $50. New patient consultations will be charged $100. This will be billed to the patient, not the insurance company.
